1. Payments by bank transfer via PayPal (if you are from Chile, you can also pay via BancoEstado).2. Delivery time will vary between one and two weeks (if my schedule is full, it may take longer).3. Please send as many references as possible, as this helps me visualize and makes my work easier.4. The drawing can be corrected up to three times during the sketching process.5. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.6. Delivery will be made via Gmail in PNG or JPG format (I do not deliver editable files).7. If you wish to republish the drawing, please do so with the appropriate credits.8. A 50% deposit must be paid before I can begin the illustration. (If you wish to pay in full at once, please let me know).9. The illustration will only be sent once it has been paid in full.10. My personal information (such as my real name) cannot be leaked. Please maintain respect and confidentiality.11. My illustrations cannot be used in any context related to AI, whether for training, content generation, analysis, or automated modification. Any such use is prohibited ONLY IF IT IS RELATED TO AI. If it is not related to AI, then you are free to do whatever you want!12. I retain the copyright and may use the illustration for Portfolio/Networking (unless privacy is requested).13. Resale and NFTs are prohibited.14. I reserve the right to refuse inappropriate or unclear orders, orders that violate my rules, or orders that make me feel uncomfortable.15. If someone has commissioned me or reserved a spot on the list, and I have already responded to their request but have not received a reply (especially in cases where, after responding, I ask for references or information needed to proceed with their commission, but they never respond), I will begin to consider those orders inactive (obviously, provided they have not yet been paid). For this reason, from now on, if three weeks pass without a response from the client, the commission will be considered canceled due to inactivity. In that case, the slot will be released, and I will move on to work with the next person on the list to avoid delays and maintain order in the commissions.
